You guys are completely incredible! I absolutely love this kind of music, and Alter Bridge is among the top three, along with Disturbed in metal, and Daugjhtry in alternative rock. I got the chance to meet these guys twice in Dallas in 2004. They were the coolest guys and most gracious bad members I have ever met. Mark and myles talked shop with me and it was really cool. Flip even talked to my bro on the phone who was in another city and is a fellow drummer. These guys know how to treat their fans. For that, I will always be a fan. Thanks guys!!!!!

So glad to hear you are coming back to a scandanavian city near me! Right? You are including Oslo in the world tour for ABIII, correct. I’m in Scotland and couldn’t wait any longer for the Amsterdam vid (the deluxe or Blu-ray specifically) so I took a gamble and ordered the US/Amazon exclusive one. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did the sheer quality and epicness of the concert vid exceed my expectations, but the “Region 1″ DVD (as it is labelled on the box) is in fact Region 0/Free (didn’t matter as most of my players are multiregion). But workin on my PS3 (which is region locked - and I’m in the UK: Region 2/B for Blus) was the icing on the cake.

So no matter what player you have or where you are in the world…unfurl your black wings and buy the feckin thing!

Espectacular, lamentable que el dvd aun no este disponible para todo el mundo, pero estoy seguro que lo tendré, lo de ABIII es una gran noticia, así que el 2010 disfrutaremos de un nuevo álbum de la mejor banda del mundo, y por supuesto esperar que no sea el ultimo, mucha suerte para myles en su proyecto y sin duda estara atento a su álbum en solitario. Spectacular, regrettable that the dvd yet unavailable to everyone, but I’m sure it will, as of ABIII is great news, so that 2010 will enjoy a new album by the best band in the world, and of course expect than the last, good luck for your project and myles certainly be attentive to his solo album.

I can’t wait for AB3, and hopefully we finally get a long Instrumental in there! I went to two creed shows in New England and wow, I sat smack dab in the middle behind the Tech station in CT. I couldn’t believe how much you guys put into a single show. Thank You for giving me my moneys worth. Thank You for putting an album together in such a short time but i know the magic will be in AB3. Please let yourselves go on this album to keep us busy while you tour Europe. An outside of the box approach is always welcomed. If this album free flows like your live shows (like SAY I live!) then it will out rock F.C. Thank you, and I can’t wait for AB3!

Mark Tremonti - Fan Update 11/16/2009
Just wanted to give everyone an update about all of the cool stuff on the
horizon.

I¹ve been at home in Orlando for about a week, it¹s nice being home as I
haven¹t been here since the Creed tour started in August. The tour was
amazing and I had a great time playing, thanks to everyone that came out to
see us!

Myles will be coming down in a few weeks so we can put our heads together
and start writing the new Alter Bridge record. We haven¹t seen each other
for a few months so it will be good to start working with the Alter Bridge
lineup again. Elvis Baskette (Producer / Sound Engineer) will be working
with us on the record when we hit the studio. I¹m really happy the Alter
Bridge live DVD finally came out; we have been waiting a long time for it.

There is also a live Creed DVD in the works, but it will be a bit before
that comes out.

Now that I¹m done touring, I¹ve had some time to focus on restoring a couple
of muscle cars that have been sitting in my garage. I¹m getting more serious
about cars and plan to get into the restoration and building business soon.
It¹s still in the early stages of development, but it¹s rolling. Stay tuned!

I¹ve been writing a lot since being home and playing guitar everyday. Lately
I¹ve been playing a lot of Warren Haynes, learning his solos and techniques.
Reading is also something that consumes my time, Book of the New Sun by Gene
Wolfe and Old Man¹s War by John Scalzi are two books that I¹ve been switch
reading.

And most important of all, my two boys are always keeping me busy at home!

GREAT to hear! No disrespect to the ‘Creed’ reunion as I have always been a fan, but truth be told - ALTER BRIDGE is hands down my fav and although it is hard not to compare - I truly feel the sound and passion that comes from the four of you in AB is more cohesive and overall superior. As much as i like the new ‘Creed’ album, I cannot wait to hear the next AB album and the DVD is AMAZING! LOVE IT! Thanks guys!

Ordered my AB Live DVD…waiting delivery. So excited. Great news on ABIII progress….the regular updates from u guys is a credit to the bands integrity and acknowledgement of their fans loyalty. Just a small gripe…tried to source copies of Myles’ past projects Cosmic Dust Fusion Band and Citizen Swing…..please re-release these rare and now sought after recordings for the die-hards….asking prices through Amazon are an outrage. Not Amazons fault though.
